About the Founder and Umeed.

I am Abiha - Aspiring Clinical Psychologist, mental health advocate and the heart and mind behind this platform.

I built this space to make mental health conversations bold, safe, and stigma-free. Here, we talk openly, we support fiercely, and we remind each other : you are stronger than you think.

How can I connect with a mental health advocate?

You can reach out to a mental health advocate in the following ways:

  • Live Chat (Recommended): Use the Tawk.to live chat option on our website for real-time support. If an advocate is available, you’ll be connected instantly.

  • Leave Your Details: If no one responds right away, please leave your name, email, and a short message in the chat. One of our advocates will reach out to you as soon as possible.

  • Contact Form or Email: You can also fill out the contact form on our website or email us directly if you prefer.

  • Call and book a session.

Our goal is to make sure you feel heard and supported, even if we can’t connect with you immediately in real time.
